Two BTS7960B half-bridges on one heatsinked board make an H-bridge that will pass up to 43A into a big brushed motor - scooter wheels, winches, large gearmotors, heavy robot drive trains. Motor supply runs 6-27V while the logic side stays on 3.3V or 5V, and each half has its own enable, PWM input and analogue current-sense output. PWM up to 25 kHz keeps it quiet, and the chips carry over-temperature, over-current, over/under-voltage and short-circuit protection of their own.
