Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price that counts is the one confirmed at checkout: every order is checked against our live price list when you place it, so a price saved in your cart from an earlier visit is updated if it has changed. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you order.

If a genuine pricing mistake gets through, we will tell you before we deliver, and you can cancel the order.

Your order

Your order is confirmed as soon as you place it, and if you gave us an email we send you a confirmation there. We then contact you by WhatsApp or phone about delivery.

If something turns out to be unavailable after all, we will tell you - you can wait for it, choose something else, or drop it from the order. 3D printers are ordered in for you, so they can be bought even when none are on the shelf; we tell you the expected wait when we confirm.

Payment

Pay in cash when your order is delivered or when you collect it, or by OMT, Whish or bank transfer - we send you the details after you order. Nothing is charged on this website, and we never ask for card details.

Delivery

Delivery is $5 anywhere in Lebanon, in one to three business days, or $2 inside Saida, the same day. Collecting from the lab is free. The details are on our Shipping & payment page.

Returns and replacements

We do not offer refunds. If a part arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or missing, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it. The full rules, including what we cannot take back, are on our Returns page.

Using what you buy

We sell components, modules, tools and 3D printers for building your own projects. Wire and use them within their ratings: the wrong voltage, reversed polarity or a short circuit can destroy a part in seconds, and mains power and batteries can be dangerous. Ask us if you are not sure. Children should work on electronics with an adult.

Product information and the shop assistant

We write our product descriptions carefully and check the specifications, but mistakes happen and manufacturers change parts. The shop assistant is an AI: it can be wrong, and it suggests rather than promises. The product and price confirmed at checkout are what count. If a detail matters for your project, ask us before you order.

Your account

Your account is protected by your password, or by the Google account you sign in with, so keep them to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Our responsibility

Beyond replacing a part that arrives faulty or damaged, as above, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Lebanese law.

This website

The text, photos and design of this site belong to Sparklab Robotics or are used with permission - please don't copy them to sell elsewhere. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it or by placing orders you don't intend to receive.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
