The classic TowerPro SG90 - a 9 g plastic-geared micro servo that moves to whatever angle you tell it and holds there, over roughly 180 degrees (90 each side of centre). It pulls 1.8 kg per cm at 4.8V and swings 60 degrees in about 0.12 seconds, off a 5V rail and a single PWM pin. This is the positional version - if you want a wheel that simply spins, take the SG90 continuous instead. Three horns and screws in the bag.
