For students

We sponsor final-year projects.

Bring us your FYP brief. We help with parts, printing and engineering - so the project is decided by what you want to make, not by what your group can afford.

Parts Components for the build
Printing 3D printed parts, made here
Engineering Bench time with our team
Saida Work on it at the lab
01

The parts

Boards, sensors, motors, drivers, modules, power - whatever the build actually needs, from our own shelves. We will tell you straight when a cheaper part does the same job, and when the cheap one is the reason your project will fail its demo.

02

The printing

Brackets, housings, gears, jigs - printed here, in the materials that suit the job. Bring a file, or bring a sketch and we will model it with you.

03

The engineering

Bench time with people who build this for a living: scoping the thing so it is finishable in a semester, choosing the architecture, debugging the week it refuses to work. This is the part students usually cannot buy anywhere.

The brief

Send us your brief.

Fill this in and it opens a message to us with your answers already written out. Nothing is stored on this page.

This is the part we actually read first.

Leave it empty if you have not got that far.

Not sure it is a fit?

Ask before you write anything up. Tell us roughly what the project is, or come to the lab in Saida and talk it through.
