A NodeMCU ESP-12E sitting on an L293D motor shield, so you can drive two DC motors over Wi-Fi straight out of the box. The L293D handles 600 mA continuously per channel (1.2 A in short bursts) on a motor supply of 4.5 to 36V, wired through screw terminals so there is no soldering to change a motor. The ESP8266 side programs over micro-USB from the Arduino IDE. It is the standard starting point for a Wi-Fi robot car or an RC-style build controlled from a phone.
Key features
- NodeMCU ESP-12E and L293D shield supplied together
