What it costs

Delivery is a flat $5 to any address in Lebanon, however many items are in your order. The charge is added once, at checkout - we do not bill per item, per weight, or per region.

Same day in Saida

Order from Saida at any hour and it reaches you the same day - there is no cut-off time to beat. Everywhere else in Lebanon takes one to three business days. Anything listed “In stock” is physically on our shelves, not on order.

Collect it yourself

Free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from the lab in Saida once we message you that it is ready - usually within a couple of hours. It is also the fastest way to get help with the part while you are here.

Everything else worth knowing

  • We deliver across all Lebanese governorates - Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa, Nabatieh and Akkar.
  • You get a WhatsApp message when your order is packed, and again when it is out for delivery.
  • Check the parcel in front of the courier. Anything broken, tell us the same day - see our returns policy.
  • Wrong address or nobody home? Message us and we will rebook the delivery.
  • Need static-safe or extra-protective packaging? Ask us when you order and we will sort it.
  • Nothing is charged online - no card details are entered or stored on this site.
  • We currently ship within Lebanon only. For orders abroad, message us first.

Payment

Cash on delivery.

You pay when the order reaches you - cash, to the courier, in US dollars. Nothing is taken at checkout, so placing an order costs you nothing up front. Collecting from the lab in Saida works the same way: pay when you pick it up.

Card and bank transfer are not available yet. If paying in cash is a problem for your order, message us and we will work something out.
