A single-rail 3.3V mains module rated 700mA, roughly 2.3W - the right voltage for ESP boards, 3.3V sensors and logic, with no extra regulator in the chain. It is an open-frame board rather than a plug-in adapter: an isolated flyback with the transformer on the PCB, mains soldered to one end and 3.3V taken off the other. Designed to be built into a product or an enclosure, so treat it as a live mains assembly and box it in.
