A 20-way (2 x 10) right-angle IDC box header on 2.54 mm pitch. Because the pins turn through 90 degrees, the ribbon cable leaves parallel to the board instead of standing up off it - the trick for fitting a loom into a shallow case or bringing a cable out through the side of an enclosure. Shrouded and notched, so the matching IDC socket only goes on one way.
