A small USB adapter with an 8-pin socket that takes an ESP-01 or ESP-01S. It supplies the module's 3.3V from your USB port and gives you a serial link to it, which saves rigging up a separate regulator and four jumper wires every time you want to flash firmware or send AT commands. Plug the module in, plug the adapter into a USB port, and it appears as a COM port.
