The TP4056 charging board with the protection circuit fitted - the charger IC plus the DW01A and FS8205A pair that watch the cell afterwards. USB-C in, one 3.7V Li-ion or LiPo cell out, charged at 1A on a constant-current then constant-voltage cycle to 4.2V and cut off automatically. Protection stops charge above about 4.25V, disconnects near 2.4V on deep discharge, and trips on over-current or a short. Take the load from OUT+/OUT-, not straight off the cell.
