The workhorse ESP32 development board: an ESP32-WROOM-32 module carrying a dual-core Xtensa LX6 at up to 240 MHz, 520 KB of SRAM and 4 MB of flash, with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2 including BLE. The 38-pin DevKit layout brings out around 34 GPIO with 18 channels of 12-bit ADC, two DACs, ten capacitive touch inputs and 16 PWM channels. Deep-sleep modes drop it into microamps, which is why it turns up in everything from smart-home gadgets to battery sensor nodes.
