A PNP Darlington power transistor in TO-220 - two transistors on one die, so a current gain of 1000 or more means a few milliamps into the base will switch 5 A. Rated to 100 V and 65 W with a heatsink. Being PNP it switches the high side: the emitter goes to the positive rail and the load hangs off the collector, the opposite way round from its NPN twin the TIP122. Use the two together in an H-bridge.
