Two white ABS blocks that screw to a door and its frame: one holds a sealed reed switch on a flying lead, the other is simply a magnet. Bring them together and the contact closes; swing the door open past roughly 15-20 mm and it springs open again. There is no electronics and no power needed - it is a passive dry contact, so wire one side to a microcontroller pin with a pull-up, or straight into an alarm panel loop.
