A 3.2-inch 320 x 240 colour TFT with a resistive touch panel on top, on the 40-pin dual-row header that the UTFT and UTouch libraries were written around. That is far more screen than an OLED or a 1.8-inch module - enough for a real menu with tappable buttons, an instrument panel or a small dashboard. It uses a 16-bit parallel bus, so it wants a board with pins to spare (an Arduino Mega is the usual host) and 3.3V logic, so pair it with a level-shifting adapter shield.
