A self-locking push switch: press once for on, press again for off, and it holds its state with no power. Six pins give a double-pole change-over, so a single press moves two circuits together - which is why this part is so often used as the power latch on a small board. This is the shorter 6 mm actuator version, sitting lower than its 8 mm sibling. It is a low-current signal switch, not a mains switch.
