The four-way version of the PCB screw terminal - four wires clamped under four screws, on a grey block that solders into the board through pins on the underside. The extra way is what you want for a supply plus two signals, or for a four-wire sensor run you may need to unpick later. Dovetail sides let blocks be ganged into a longer strip.
