A 2 A fast-recovery rectifier in a DO-15 axial body, and the top of the FR20x range at 1000 V reverse. It turns off in about 500 ns, which is what separates it from a plain 1N400x - use it on the output of a switching supply, in an inverter, or anywhere the diode has to stop conducting quickly. At 50 Hz a standard rectifier is fine; above a few kHz this is the one you want.
