A heavy-duty metal toggle with four screw terminals and a 12 mm threaded bushing - the kind that goes on a machine or a mains panel, not a PCB. Four terminals in an ON-OFF pattern means two circuits break together, so one lever can switch both live and neutral, or two supplies at once. It latches: the lever stays where you put it.
