An ERG SCS-series DIP switch with two independent change-over circuits: each of the two colour-coded sliders has its own common plus a normally-open and a normally-closed contact, over six through-hole pins. Sharing a common per circuit is the point - it takes about half the board area of two separate switches, which is why it turns up on crowded PCBs for setting an address, a mode, or a pull-up/pull-down. Rated 1 A at 100 V.
