A workhorse N-channel power MOSFET in TO-220: 55V, 49 A and 17.5 mΩ on-resistance, so it can switch a big DC load such as a motor, LED strip or heater while barely warming up. Being N-channel it belongs on the low side, between the load and ground. The catch worth knowing: that 17.5 mΩ is specified with 10V on the gate, and a 5V Arduino pin will not turn it on properly - drive it through a gate driver or a small transistor, or use the logic-level IRLZ44N instead.
