Four independent 2-input OR gates - the output goes high when either input is high - in high-speed CMOS. It works anywhere from 2 V to 6 V, so it suits 3.3 V and 5 V logic alike, switches in about 10 ns at 5 V and drives 4 mA per output. Handy for merging active-high signals, combining alarm or interrupt lines, or saving a microcontroller pin.
Key features
- Four 2-input OR gates, 14-pin DIP
