Three 3-input NAND gates in classic low-power Schottky TTL - the 5 V logic that older schematics and most textbook exercises are written around. It runs on 4.75 V to 5.25 V only, sinks 8 mA per output and draws under 2 mA for the whole package. If your rail is 9 V or 12 V use the CMOS CD4023 instead; if you want the same function at modern speed on 2-6 V, use a 74HC10.
Key features
- Three 3-input NAND gates, 14-pin DIP
- Low-power Schottky TTL, 5 V only (4.75-5.25 V)
- Sinks 8 mA, sources 0.4 mA per output
- Under 2 mA typical supply current
- Output low only when all three inputs are high
- 0 degC to 70 degC commercial range
