The ceramic atomiser disc at the heart of a mist maker - it vibrates at around 113 kHz and shears the water surface into a cool, dry-looking fog with no heat at all. The 20 mm disc puts out roughly 70-80 mL of mist an hour and comes with its leads soldered on. It needs a matched driver board to make the high-frequency drive; a plain PWM pin will not do it. Keep it under a centimetre of water - run it dry and it is finished.
