A 39 mm (NEMA 16) two-phase hybrid stepper from Shinano Kenshi's STH series, the sort fitted to scanner and printer carriages. The label reads the specs straight out: 1.8 deg/step, 4.1 ohm - so 200 steps a turn, holding firmly between each one. It arrives as pictured with a pinion already pressed on the front shaft and a short rear shaft, ready for a belt or gear drive. Run it from a constant-current driver such as the A4988.
