A plain little brushed can motor for low-voltage jobs: about 5V, two solder tabs on the end cap and a bare shaft on the front. There is no gearbox, so it spins fast and has very little torque - this is the motor you reach for to drive a small fan blade or propeller, an offset weight for a vibration alarm, or a simple school or science-fair mechanism. Cheap enough to build permanently into a project.
