A 62 mm strip of board with four 0.003 ohm MOSFETs that holds 20A continuously in open air with only about a 20 degree temperature rise, and survives 161A peaks - a lot of drive for something this size. Two pins, IN1 and IN2, give forward, reverse and brake at 0-100% duty and up to 100 kHz, from 3.3V or 5V logic. Good for one large brushed motor: a scooter wheel, a big gearmotor, a winch or a linear actuator. Reverse-polarity protected, but there is no over-current cut-out, so fuse the supply.
