Two L9110S chips give a genuine dual H-bridge on a 29 x 23 mm board: 2.5-12V motor supply, 800mA per channel, screw terminals for both motors and a six-pin header for the control lines. Each channel takes one PWM pin and one direction pin, and it is happy with 3.3V or 5V logic. The right size for a small two-wheeled robot or a pair of TT gearmotors, where an L298N would be bigger and heavier than the chassis.
