A 12V gearmotor geared right down to about 90 rpm off load - one and a half turns a second, which is the pace a turntable, a feeder, a small winch or a slow drive wheel wants. The metal gearbox sets the output shaft off to one side of the can so the whole assembly stays short, and there are two solder tabs on the back for the supply. Reversible, and easy to slow further with PWM.
