Two J-K flip-flops on one chip, each with its own clock, set and reset, and both true and inverted outputs brought out. The J-K is the flexible one: tie J and K high and it toggles on every clock, which turns it into a divide-by-two stage you can chain into ripple counters, and other J/K combinations give you set, reset or hold. It runs anywhere from 3V to 18V and clocks to 8 MHz at 10V.
Key features
- Two independent J-K flip-flops
- Individual set, reset and clock per flip-flop
- Both Q and inverted Q brought out
- Supply 3V to 18V, CMOS low power
- Clocks to 8 MHz at 10V supply
- For counters, toggles and shift registers
