A high- and low-side gate driver for power MOSFETs and IGBTs in a 14-pin DIP. The floating high-side channel works with its source sitting anywhere up to 500V above ground, which is what lets you drive the top switch of a half bridge, and each output sources and sinks 2 A to move a big gate charge quickly. Logic inputs run from a 3.3-20V supply while the gate drive has its own 10-20V rail. It drives switches only - you still add the MOSFETs plus a bootstrap capacitor and diode.
