Three independent 3-input NAND gates in one 14-pin chip. Being 4000B-series CMOS rather than 74LS it runs on anything from about 3 V to 18 V - useful when your logic sits on a 9 V or 12 V rail - and draws almost nothing when static. The B suffix means buffered outputs, so switching is clean and symmetrical. The output goes low only when all three inputs are high.
Key features
- Three 3-input NAND gates, 14-pin DIP
- Wide supply: 3 V to 18 V (20 V absolute max)
- Buffered B-series outputs
- 60 ns typical propagation delay at 10 V
- Noise margin 1 V at 5 V, 2.5 V at 15 V
- Output low only when all three inputs are high
