FEETECH's FS90R is a purpose-built continuous-rotation micro servo rather than a modified positional one, and it has a trim pot behind the case so you can set a true dead stop. It turns at roughly 110 rpm at 4.8V and 130 rpm at 6V, with 1.3 to 1.5 kg per cm of stall torque, all in a 9 g package. Two of these plus a castor make a tidy differential-drive robot, and it will take a 3.3V or 5V signal.
