Sixteen independent PWM channels at 12-bit resolution, driven over I2C, so an Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi can run a whole robot arm on two wires. An on-board oscillator generates the pulses itself at 24 Hz to 1526 Hz, which frees the microcontroller from servo timing entirely. Six address jumpers stack up to 62 boards - 992 channels - on one bus, and the screw terminal takes the separate 5V supply the servos need. The standard answer for hexapods and big LED projects.
Key features
- 16 channels at 12-bit (4096-step) resolution
- Two I2C wires control the lot
- PWM frequency set in software, 24-1526 Hz
- A0-A5 jumpers chain up to 62 boards
- Screw terminal for a separate 5V servo supply
- Drives hobby servos, LEDs and ESCs
