Four Omron G3MB-202P solid-state relays for AC switching, with the control side brought out both as a pin header and as a six-way screw terminal (DC+, DC-, CH1 to CH4). Each channel switches 100-240 V AC at up to 2 A, zero-crossing, with its own two-way load terminal and heatsink tab. This board is silkscreened High Level Trigger, so a logic HIGH turns a channel on. Remember these are AC-only outputs.
