An enclosed 12V switching supply rated 400W - that is 33A at 12V - in a rain-resistant extruded aluminium case with end caps, the type sold for outdoor LED signage. Mains comes in on a barrier terminal block at 100-240V AC and 12V comes out on the same block. Good for long 12V LED strip runs, sign boxes, 3D printers and benches full of 12V gear. Like any supply of this size, size it with headroom rather than running it flat out.
