The blue CCPM "servo consistency master" - plug in up to three servos, turn the knob and they move, with no code, no receiver and no transmitter. The button cycles three modes: manual, where the knob sets the position; neutral, which snaps the servo to centre; and automatic, which sweeps it back and forth like a wiper so you can listen for binding. It runs on 4.8-6V and puts out the standard 1.5 ms plus or minus 0.5 ms pulse, so it will also drive an ESC for bench testing.
