A breakout for the DS18B20 digital thermometer with the pull-up resistor already fitted, so it wires straight to an Arduino with three leads. It reads -55 to +125 degrees C, accurate to plus or minus 0.5 degrees between -10 and +85, at 9 to 12-bit resolution. Every chip carries a unique 64-bit serial number, so a dozen can share one data pin and be read by name.
Key features
- -55 to +125 degrees C, plus or minus 0.5 degrees C from -10 to +85
- 9 to 12-bit resolution, down to 0.0625 degrees C
- 1-Wire bus - many sensors share one data pin
- Unique 64-bit ID in every chip
- Pull-up resistor already fitted
- Runs on 3.0 to 5.5V; parasite power supported
