The Beston BST-C705: four AA/AAA bays plus a 9V slot, which is the size most chargers leave out and the one that always dies in the multimeter. It plugs straight into the wall - no lead - and charges NiMH and NiCd cells at 150 mA each, or a 9V block at 35 mA. Two things to know: the AA/AAA bays charge in pairs, so you cannot put a single cell in on its own, and the LED stays lit rather than cutting off when full, so take them out when they are done.
