Sixteen relay channels on one board, with an on-board switching regulator so a single 12V supply on the DC+ / DC- screw terminal runs both the coils and the 5V logic side. Each channel has its own optocoupler and a NO / COM / NC screw terminal, and the inputs arrive on a 2x10 header carrying channels 1 to 16 plus 5V and ground. This is the board for a full home-automation or building-control panel rather than a one-off switch.
