The smallest of the three 5V fans here: a 25 mm brushless fan, only 7 mm thick, that runs straight off a 5V rail and spins at around 12,000 rpm. A frame this small has to spin fast to move useful air, so it is the noisiest of the three - the two-wire lead makes it easy to slow with a series resistor or a MOSFET on a PWM pin. Use it where nothing bigger fits: over a stepper driver, inside a small enclosure, on a 3D-printer control board.
