The largest output of the small panels here: monocrystalline cells behind a PET laminate, rated 5 V at 400 mA, so about 2 W in full sun from a 130 x 110 mm board. Monocrystalline cells give more watts per square centimetre than the cheaper types, and the PET face takes handling and weather better than bare epoxy. Enough to charge a phone-sized cell slowly through a charge controller, or run a camera or radio node off-grid.
