Elegoo's PLA Plus is their toughened everyday PLA, 1 kg on a recycled cardboard spool at 1.75 mm with a plus or minus 0.02 mm tolerance. Elegoo publish 38 MPa tensile strength and an unusually high 65.5 kJ/m2 impact strength, which is what you feel when a print survives a drop that would snap ordinary PLA. Runs at 200-230 C with a 35-65 C bed and up to about 280 mm/s - the sensible default filament for most jobs.
