Flexible TPU at 95A shore hardness - firm enough to feed through most extruders, soft enough to bend right over. Kingroon quote elongation at break of over 600 percent, against 11 percent for their PLA, which is the whole point: phone cases, gaskets, feet, tyres and straps that stretch and spring back instead of cracking. Print it slowly, around 20-30 mm/s, with retraction turned down or off.
